Survival of the Fittest.

I always felt bad, about animals being killed.

I had only one exclamation for it ...

Look into their eyes they are so innocent, how could someone want to kill them!"

I got really satisfying answer from my husband Sahil today ultimately it is Survival of the fittest.

If tigers had brains like humans, even they would have built their colonies like humans.

I had one question regarding the killings of wild animals,

Why do people who should save tigers or wild animals kill them?

Forest guards or villagers are the people first to come in contact with wild animals. Due to the mindset of these people, we are losing our wildlife.

Guards and their officials have the mindset for generating revenue from the forest at any cost and villagers are concerned for their livestock and their lives.
Nobody thinks why are these animals crossing forests and coming into human colonies. If we give it a thought, naturally if we encroach on their land, they have to find a place for themselves to hunt and survive.
On a lighter note, Humans should understand they have messed their lives in so many ways living in the concrete jungle where they can't even breathe fresh air have fresh water, why would even that wild animal want to come on your land :)
Just so that forest guards can have control of the forest and have peace with the local community if ever a human wild conflict happens just to make villagers believe they got justice guards decide to kill the animal declaring him the culprit.
The thought behind killing the animal is some have to sacrifice their life to save others in the jungle because if villagers get angry they can burn the whole jungle and we will lose our whole chain.
Looking for one more answer will be soon back with it...

How does wild life matter to us?

You can watch the way these issues are handled in a Bollywood movie "Sherni"
